We are currently looking for an experienced massage therapist to join our friendly team.

Ideal candidate requirements:

• The ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of spa staff, including therapists and receptionist.
• Strong decision-making skills and the capacity to handle staff performance, training, and development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction, handle complaints or concerns, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to create promotions, manage product sales, and increase business through marketing efforts.
• Knowledge of digital marketing through social media can be beneficial. •
• Understanding of budgeting, financial reports, and profitability. This includes overseeing the spa's revenue, managing expenses, and identifying cost-saving measures.
• Strong organisational skills to handle scheduling, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and spa staffing rotas. • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. This includes staff training and managing any health-related concerns. •
• Ability to manage issues that arise within the spa environment, from customer complaints to operational challenges.
